Very very long.

Chase does keep very good records on bonuses, as old as 2004 on a denial of UA bonus I came to know.

It also does not pay to trigger the flag - the infamous denial reason from Chase because rapid open / close accounts - "Unsatisfactory relationship", meaning you are banned from future Chase accounts for unforeseeable future.

Far better to keep the cards for enough time till the annual fee come due. Then wait for a year or 2 before trying again.

Hotel free certificates are from hotels, not from Chase. Marriott is known to NOT issue a 2nd cert despite years have lapsed from the 1st bonus. Hyatt card is too new and most cardholders are loyal Hyatt customers so there is not much information available.

You have much better chance to stay on the good side of Chase and wait for DIFFERENT type of promotions to come along. Historically, Chase is good in honoring DIFFERENT type of bonus if the card is a different version from previous offer.
