So .... You have explained that the offending Hotel was dirty as well as having "very poor customer service". Your experience at all levels was terrible at best (my words not yours).

Time and time again in this forum we have OP's that refuse to name a property, and in my opinion its usually to try to insure they get "their compensation" prior to naming names. Major cities, Northern City ... PLEASE !! Have a spine, take a chance, go out on that limb and tell us the name of the property.
