I want to give the manager a chance to explain the issue. If it was a one-off kind of thing, and he explains the procedures he took to ensure that it's been rectified and won't happen again, blah blah, I don't feel a need to publicly embarrass the property. Well that's fine, but then why say in a post above that you won't name it to protect the property until you've heard back but say at the same time you're going to go on TripAdvisor & post it. That's the part that doesn't make sense to me.
