I have previously had no problem with emailing PDFs of my eTix and Boarding Passes. However this changed for my recent effort for a CO flight at start of April.
Despite my sending full details and clear color PDFs of my eTix and BP (with BD# clearly printed) they are insisting on the postal route. After first refusal I played agent roulette and now have had responses from 3 members of the team to this effect.
I have pointed out that the web form is broken

and does not print for me using IE6 or Firefox4. Half the info falls off the page
It seems to me to be a new policy, whereby they are sticking rigidly to the rules. Very poor, in this day and age that they are refusing to accept email evidence.
