For Carfield:

The menu for AN876 HKG-MEL (dinner/breakfast flight, departing HKG 2130, arrival MEL 0830). All meals were served from the trolley except for breakfast which was brought out straight from the galley.

Peking Style Smoked Salmon Pancake
mixed lettuce leaves, fried capers and lemon chive cream

Warmed Spiced Beef Fillet with Egg Noodle
salad of warm baby corn, bamboo and red capsicum with coriander vinaigrette

9 listed on the menu + 2 specially selected by the Airchef (but as I don’t drink I can’t comment on the quality other than to say a friend of mine in the wine industry said they appeared to be quite good).
