Actually a free night stay for the lounge not being open on a weekday is a pretty good deal & probably the same or worth more than $100.
Do you think you might come back again, or is it truly you won't be in the area again? If it's the latter, tell him you appreciate the offer but since you won't be back again then you'd appreciate points instead & come up w/ some amount - don't get greedy about it though.
If by chance you think you might be back in the area at some point in the future or know someone else who will that you could gift it to, take the free night.
