I am getting this message when I click links for Hyatt Places in Georgia, Texas, Massachusetts, etc. Sometimes I can get to certain pages logged into my account but most of the time I get this error of an Exception Report and "The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request."

It's very irritating that I have not had this problem until recently and mainly stay at HP because I enjoy the chain. You'd think as modern as the hotels are, that their website would reflect the times rather than act like an old AOL site from 1996.

Can someone please shed some light for me on what is causing this problem and what I can do to fix it? I've actually tried it using Firefox with the same results. One thing I have found, is that if I try a coworker's computer they are able to pull this up. I have deleted and reinstalled Java with no solution. HELP!
