I did not notice, but that is quite a good point. You may be right.
Also, @phoebepontiac - I was okay with them being nice and even appreciated it, however you have a very good point about solo female travelers taken away somewhere private. I mean that's what set off my alarm bells in the first place. If any other strangers tried to tell me I had to go away with them to a private location, I'd probably run as fast as I could in the opposite direction...
