CO hasn't had pillows on (non-HNL) domestic F on any of my flights in the past two weeks. They do have a reasonably substantial blanket (better than the UA gauze blanker), available on request, or usually in the bin above seat 1E, which can be rolled up to provide lumbar support.
I hope they adopt UA's pillow and CO's blanket.
