For some employees granted a per diem travel allowance regardless of actual expense, submission of itemized receipts in their name aren't always required. And for those employees who share rooms due to company policy/practice, the folio with one name on it will be rather standard.

In my experience, if you are the only one who had Hyatt Gold Passport Account in the reservation, you are going to get the stay and/night(s) and the points as well regardless whether you stay in the room or not. Just put the comment on the reservation: this will be done by my friend (Name) and borrow him your Hyatt Gold Passport card just in case for the worse case scenario. Good luck
