They actually gave me many options,

I called about 3 weeks ago and asked to cancel, the rep gave me the following offers:

1) lower my APR to 8 or 9% (don't remember very well)
2) a 50 dlls credit after 5 purchases
3) 3 miles per dollar for 6 months

I didn't like either and explained to them that I had just received the Cap1 card and I wasn't going to stay with them, what was the point on purchasing for a 50-dollar credit? They offered the 50 dollars w/o any purchase. I accepted
