There is only one true Kobe shabu-shabu and if it is served properly, it doesn't matter where you are.

As for Churrasceria's, I don't recall names, but I've been to a couple of great ones in Sao Paulo.

However, neither is a Steakhouse. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but a "Steakhouse" is a U.S. invention and it's only done well in the U.S.

Of course there are other similar places around the world, but the U.S. style is quite distinctive.
