Most of the buildings have a "business lounge" which you can access with the gold membership. I have used a few and all have been handy - somewhere quiet with free internet and refreshments, and often a good view!

The website is not very clear, but I just check the address, that the property has a business lounge, and then rockup with my card, or email confirming my membership number.

You can pay to use individual rooms etc, but they haven't tried to upsell me anything.
