When I buy a ticket, they are saying that you'll have IFE... if they did something like charged $5 or $10 for the IFE, then it would be fine to just refund the IFE cost, but in this case it's a part of the whole ticket.
If they ran out of snacks, would you say that would be grounds for a full refund also?
