I'm with you QuietLion, Canadian does fly excellent planes on their shorthauls. We experienced the same excellent service flying YYZ-YOW earlier this year. A big bonus on Canadian....Second Cup coffee! As great as Seattle's Best coffee!!!!
When I lived in Canada I thought nothing of the full breakfast both Air Canada and Canadian served on their 45-60 minute shuttles....until I moved to the US and saw that on 90 minute flights we weren't even given peanuts on morning FC flights!!!
Ah those were the days......
