I'm proposing the Pour House, at 319 Pennsylvania Ave., SE, close to the Capitol South Metro Station, but open to other suggestions.
I haven't selected a time, but probably 6:15 pm or so, to give those who are interested sufficient time to take advantage of the Happy Hour prices.
