unfortunately for us, aeroplan is still a far better program than westjets. Until WS comes up with a program worth its salt, aeroplan will continue devaluing.

let's face it.... for all of you who do the couple hundred dollars in taxes 120K miles RTW in F trips, you're not helping the average person who is just trying to go from point a to point B on points.

Personally, I think it's a good move. Either way, all the airlines will be more competitive somehow.... I have no issues flying on a UA code share and paying less but getting the same miles like I did last week. (LAS-LAX-YYZ with the LAX-YYZ being AC metal). Still credited everything fully back to AC. Fare was considerably cheaper.
