To your question, 1.5 hours is plenty as long as the flight is on time

Re BLL... good alternative if I had more flex in departure time from DTW. Early in the day flight is about $2800... but I can only take a late flight (arriving in the later afternoon from Chicago) and that costs $3800. Too big a jump for the conference host that is paying for the fare.
But now I'm inclined to go for the 1.5 hour time at CDG... and if I miss it for a late arrival, then will trust to Air France to get me on the later flight.
Been to Arhus two years ago... fine city. Looking forward to a few days there again.
