My IP address, as determined by WhatIsMyIPAddress.com, remains unchanged. The tray icon never changes from red to green (or white).

Yes, it is quite curious that the company hasn't replied. According to their website, the current status of the Ticket, submitted 9 days ago, is:
This request is currently being processed by our staff
[G.T.] is assigned to your request.
You will receive a notification when the request status is updated by our staff.
I submitted a follow-up (Comment) on May 5, to try to bring some attention to the matter, but it has not helped. Today I submitted another Comment...maybe that will help.
