I booked a trip with CO back in October for travel this summer. It includes two legs with Air Canada connecting through Toronto. When booked, the connection time was 1 hr 10 mins. In general these should be resolved by the airline who issued the ticket (CO in this case).
But, can you please post some details of what airports are involved? That will make a difference in your situation.
