Another thought...

Since most of those devices are "fixed", might be worth thinking about some nice blue cables? I've spent a bit of time connecting our home devices (TV, STB/PVR etc) via Cat6 and a TP-Link Gigabit Switch and everything just *works*.

iPhones are dead easy with WPA.
