I can't say that I've noticed gay male flight attendants being better or worse than their straight male/female coworkers. However, I have noticed that a far higher percentage compared to the general public (maybe even a majority) of male FAs appear to me (a gay man) to be gay. I'll admit to flirting with them a bit, at least when I'm in F. It seems to elicit better service, and as a 19 year old I can't think they feel too uncomfortable with my subtle flirting.
I'll admit, I do the same and some of the few times I'm in Y it usually gets me some minis. I agree that as a gay man myself, I feel that the majority of them are gay, but being 19, I don't feel awkward flirting a little bit
