Depends on how much you pay CX. Despite what others are saying here, I think it's myth that you must fly entirely F class to obtain DM+. True, the only guy I know who has it flies quite a bit of F (as well as J), but an MPC representative I was speaking with a while back said that they have a number of DM+ who fly copious amounts of long-haul J class. I suppose there are some professions that could demand that type of schedule.
The criteria is how much you spend, not how much you fly. And full-fare J class to North America, as I pointed out in another thread, can cost as much or more than F class to European destinations. So although logically a lot of DM+ probably fly a lot of F, it's certainly not a requirement. Just how much $$$ you send through CX's register is all that matters. I also heard something in the neighborhood of $150k USD is around where you need to be hitting, although we have a few DM+ who occasionally post here and maybe they can clarify that.
