Read literally, that could mean: you pick which one you pay for if you check two (which in some parallel universe could actually matter--think different charges for 1st v. 2nd bag, weight restrictions, etc). Point is the guy did his research then asked what he judged to be a legitimate question. I'd cut him some slack.
Actually, I didn't mean to come off as harsh. (A pretty poor 100th post in retrospect.) I was just genuinely curious as to what the confusion was about.
