Not to split hairs, but if we're going to flame the guy for asking what seems a legitimate question and actually doing his research ahead of time, then...yeah, I think that's what the language actually suggests. Read literally, that could mean: you pick which one you pay for if you check two (which in some parallel universe could actually matter--think different charges for 1st v. 2nd bag, weight restrictions, etc). Point is the guy did his research then asked what he judged to be a legitimate question. I'd cut him some slack.
