Of course, we took a step backwards when we decided to prohibit liquids, gels and aerosols.
Can you explain why Congressman Mica questioned TSA during recent Congressional hearings just why TSA Airport Security Screeners confiscated the Congressman's small cuticle scissors recently?

What is it about these SOP's that seem so difficult to implement in the field?
