This was a first. Gate agent at PIT calling folks to the counter as if she were processing standbys. One at the podium she says "did you know Delta has a huge promotion going on?" She then pitches the Amex and I mean hard core. One girl was marginal on age so she asked her how old she was. Once she found out she was of age it was game on. She signed up a few folks. She never stopped blabbering about where you can go with all those bonus miles the entire time they filled out the app. Nice.
