Thanks I actually had my interview for NEXUS (aka cheaper Global Entry ) last Friday and was approved. The application review process took over a week for me but that's probably because my list of foreign countries visited in the last five years is quite long.

The interview process couldn't have been easier. A few minutes with US CBP and then a few more minutes with Canadian CSBA.
