You'd better verify that it's not an electronic certificate. Those can be done over the phone but only the name on the certificate can travel.
Thanks for the reply! It is a paper voucher. I now have it. It expires 8/10/11. The problem is the person it was issued to lives in a city that is no longer served by F9. And he lives about 1500 miles from me! So, will F9 make an exception by letting someone else use it or will it have to go in the garbage?
