Well these seem reasonable to me. Unfortunately the OP conspicuously avoids mentioning the changes in mileage upgrades which seem to be going through the roof. For example a y->c upgrade that 2 years ago was 25k miles and currently is 25k + $500 will now be 30k + $600. Guessing that one's not revenue neutral...
