When faced with a deterioration in quality, members of a program or institution have two viable options:
exit and voice. You suggest that everyone who dislikes a change should give up and get out. But other people legitimately prefer to try using their voice.

So you're really going to go to the mat for a $25 late ticketing fee that doesn't even apply to you (and with a giveback of a $150 fee that went to $25)? Wow.
Again, in perspective, a 1P can make 5 changes to an award ticket and book 1 last minute ticket for the same price as 1 change previously. Or 3 and 3 for the old price of one change. If you had to make a change at least 1 time for every 5 last minute award bookings as a 1P, you come out ahead. I fail to see how this is not manna from heaven for a mileage redeemer that at least makes occasional ticket changes.
Me, I'm saving my fire for something that's actually, you know, important.
