Hi,

I would stay airside and use the flight connections bus to T5 , clear security at T5 and as an EXP you can use the Galleries First lounge at T5 ( a hot buffet plus a menu items) and you can book a shower at the Elemis spa reception as if you went to the BA arrivals lounge at T5 ( assuming you arrive before 2pm) you would still have to clear security before going to the T5 departures lounge)
