On landing at manchester, my backpack wasnt on the belt. I wandered around a fair bit scratching my head and eventually found myself at a counter.

I was told my backpack was delayed at DBX and to fill in a form and they will get it to me asap.

I was told its EK's fault and the man office cant do nothing about it.

I had most of my things in my backpack.

When I got it back 2 days later, someone had kicked my backpack around as it came back all dirty and had shoe print marks, a rope that went thru the hoops on the top cover of my backpack was also missing.

It was in bad shape although thankfully the contents were ok.

This was my 1st delayed luggage experience.

In future travels if it happened again...am I entitled to any comp?

If in future trips, if they were to lose my luggage, who should I kick up a fuss with?

I didnt have travel insurance for this trip.
