If you do decide to go with AT&T, MyPoints is offering 5000 MyPoints for bundling:

-Unlimited local calling, Internet Pro, and Wireless
or
-Unlimited local calling, Internet Pro and Digital TV.
or
- Internet Direct Pro, Wireless and Digital TV.
or
-Unlimited local calling, Wireless voice service and Digital TV

You can exchange 5,100 MyPoints for 2,500 United Mileage Plus miles.

It also appears that AT&T is offering a $50 Reward Card in addition to the 5,000 MyPoints for the bundles listed above.
