I am Plat for two years now and have noticed there has been a considerable reduction in upgrades this year, especially the last two months. I'm down to around 25%. Four hops last week and four this week--not a single upgrade, which is crazy by comparison to last year when I was getting upgraded at least 70% of the time. It's starting to irritate me, and I do have other options.
