I guess you have missed my prior posts. My sources are 2 very senior former IT people within DL that went to UA and are now very senior at UA. They left DL because of demands by DL to mislead and shortchange customers while providing less value for dollars spent. My current contact in Delta is in their Yield Management function and you should hear what s/he says. S/he will also be leaving DL shortly on a voluntary basis, exiting the air travel sector, and is planning to blow the lid off Delta's games due to his/her years of knowledge within DL as well as documented decisions made by 3 DL executives there a little over one year ago.
