Ah you'll love sydney

What if the bulkhead is already taken? Do we just suck it up ? It will be in Y class unfortunately for the HKG-KUL-HKG flights

We were lucky on 1 sector, LAX-NRT was light in F and the FA gave her her own seat. But I carried her on my lap from NRT-SIN. I used my miles to redeem a seat for her when we travelled again when she was almost 21 mths.

You'll be given a bulkhead seat when you have a lap-child, with bassinet attachment and the FA will set up the bassinet for you (you can request the FA not do that) for your child to nap etc. So a lap-child is essentially "entitled" to a bassinet.

OT: We'll be visiting Sydney and Hobart next January. My cousin is moving there at the end of this year. Love Australia, esp. Whitsunday. I'm really excited!

Good Luck
