Just a couple of questions for the experts

When I try and book a flight HKG-KUL-HKG the infant selector disappears?? Only happens when flights departs from HKG? Is this normal?

Also I plan to book 2 adults and 1 infant (under 2 years old) for a HKG-KUL-HKG flight using asiamiles but it charges the full adult 30000 miles return for it... I thought an infant would be only a fraction of the adult miles required? My daughter won't be requiring a seat... Anyone done a booking before for an infant using asiamiles? Or do I need to buy 1 adult ticket using cash (to add the infant) and 1 adult using asiamiles?
