It appears Type B vouchers are now also valid on CO operated flights. Too bad I used an ecert (and waste $21 value) yesterday...

One caution from other threads about UA voucher use on CO is that a Continental Connection flight on an itinerary might make UA voucher use a problem. It does not appear that Continental Express flights cause problems however.
