I just experienced phone issues at the Grand Bohemian in Downtown Orlando. The cordless phones still have the 'at your service' buttons, but they disconnected. Zero went to the operator. But on the corded phones (how ancient), the 'at your service' button worked fine, but others did not ring, just dead air for awhile, then it disconnected. Problem in the programming for sure.
I always have problems with the cordless phones in hotels. Seems like I always have to go pick up the ancient corded one to get my wake-up call set up.
That's a good example...the Grand Bohemian was a fantastic hotel when it was a Starwood and hopefully it's still just as good as a Marriott.
