In the past CS&S could do at least some lookups going back beyond what was available on the web site, as could Customer Relations. It was easiest if your flights all included your RR #, but it was possible to do some lookups even for non-RR flyers. Read this post for more info.

I don't know, however, whether the 2.0 transition changed what historical info CS&S and CR reps can view.
