Rapid Reward Credit
This maybe a dumb question, however bear with me please. I have traveled on Southwest numerous times but never applied for rapid reward credit. Is there anyway Southwest can find what flights I was on without a confirmation number??? I didn't keep any of my confirmation numbers and booked everything online! Can they just search by my name???
Thanks people....

Welcome to FlyerTalk, greek271!
Having booked everything online, an easy way to find all your confirmation numbers is with a search of your Email archives. (Hint: search for "ticketless" in the subject line.)
If you don't have Email archives you can phone and ask a reservations agent to perform a search of Southwest's records for you. How common is the name "greek271" in your hometown? If your name is not a common name the search should be pretty easy. Alternatively, if you made all the purchases on one credit card that would also be an easy lookup for an RSA. Other options are available; you just need to call if you don't have the Email archives. Once you have the confirmation numbers it is easy to obtain credit for past flights. You can even enter the past flight credit request online yourself.
If you don't already have a Rapid Rewards account, consider using one of the bonus signup options so you get more than the usual two credits for initial signup.
