If you pay and the company reimburses you, you'll get the points.

Are other people from your company staying there as well?

Basically, if you pay for it, you'll get the points.

If you don't pay for it (master bill situation), you won't receive points, but you might receive credit for the nights, especially if you charge something to the room, which is useful for elite status.

Bottom line--give them your MR number at check-in to be sure it's on your reservation. It can't hurt.

When you check out of the hotel, obtain a copy of the folio listing all of the charges. If the points and nights don't automatically credit, you can complete a missing stay request and at least try to have the points credited. It may not work, but you can try.
