Granted just about anything could end up happening as peoperties do make mistakes, but generally speaking, if you have $0 in charges on your folio, I would expect ten times that to still be zero. Personally, I would hedge the bet and make sure something is charged to the room so some points will post and you might get lucky and get night credit too.
