hopping someone can help me out and guide me.

i just got a letter from amtrak saying my points will expire soon....i forgot o even had points with them as i have taken the acela maybe 5 times in my life.

i have a total of 1884 points

any suggestions on how to redem.

i heavly fly american airlines
stay at only starwood
and use my american express only (when i can)

why would you guys suggest i do with them?
