The suite at the park tower was brand new and quite striking but had virtually no drawer space.
There were two closets for hanging clothes but we needed drawer space. I called the front desk who could only offer me another set of those portable drawers.
I asked to be upgraded to a bigger suite (we are platinum) and was told a two bedroom suite was available but we'd have to pay extra cash. (At least we could have put our folded clothes or opened suitcases on the extra bed). We then phoned the Belgravia and made the switch. On the way out of the hotel, I encountered the manager who has been discussed in this forum. I told him about the inadequate drawer space. He responded that he would love to upgrade us to a bigger suite but none were available. Hmm,...

The lack of drawer space is one of my pet peeves. I guess in our case it would have helped to have rec'd an set of rolling drawers (next time I will ask).
My other peeves are the lack of bathroom counter space, the lack of a hairdryer outlet in the bathroom, and the automated minibar, which makes it hard to store stuff in the fridge.
I would say that expecting a 2 bedroom suite is a little much, but if it's available, why not? Actually, if you are a platinum and have booked a suite, shouldn't you be upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, if it's available?
Actually, judging from the pictures, it looks like the penthouse Butler suites are pretty spectacular.
