MrExecPlat and I just returned from a trip to London. I had booked a suite using points at the park tower but switched to the Belgravia and had some points refunded.

The suite at the park tower was brand new and quite striking but had virtually no drawer space. There were two mini bars, two bathrooms, two sofas (one in each room), two mini bars, two safes, two desks, two fax machines and two credenzas (for the fax equipment) but only two tiny portable drawers for the whole suite! There were two closets for hanging clothes but we needed drawer space. I called the front desk who could only offer me another set of those portable drawers.
I asked to be upgraded to a bigger suite (we are platinum) and was told a two bedroom suite was available but we'd have to pay extra cash. (At least we could have put our folded clothes or opened suitcases on the extra bed). We then phoned the Belgravia and made the switch. On the way out of the hotel, I encountered the manager who has been discussed in this forum. I told him about the inadequate drawer space. He responded that he would love to upgrade us to a bigger suite but none were available. Hmm,...
The suite we had at the Belgravia was smaller than the one at the Park Tower but had four times the drawer space! It was beautifully appointed. The manager (David) couldn't have been nicer.
