I vote for Helsingborg as you can make it part of a long day trip. You can hit Kronenberg Castle(Hamlet's castle) then take the ferry across and on the return you can jump off the train in Humberbak and take in the Louisiana museum on the way back since it's open till 2200 Tuesday-Friday.
