You gratuitously insulted a person that you had previously assured would be treated with respect when she traveled with a back brace. I believe the tone of that particulor post would properly be termed "unctuous". Yet she was assaulted just like she feared.

So we can see what these assurances are worth. They are worth about as much as the legal expertise.

They pressed on the back brace to see if it would cause her pain, and they gratuitously felt over her private parts. Did the brace extend down there? No.

Looking at every person at that airport as a dangerous terrorist having to be proved clear is ludicrous when you look at the odds. 700 million plus and no terrorist incidents. And this is certainly not due to your agencies high success rates at catching them. So far, you have caught no one.

Few if any other countries conduct themselves the way you folks do. That is a fact. Yet their record is on a par with TSA's. That TSA chooses to violate people's dignity, violate their own governing Constitution, and cause physical and mental pain, unlike those other countries' screeners, show that at base TSA is hostile to the passengers. Which is reflected in the language you directed at LeeAnn.
