Dovster, if arrangement with serfty does not work out, why don't you call your limo company and ask which currency they'd prefer? They might be hungry for some $. @:-)

As well as - would the driver be interested in exchanging some of your $ for local money, and/or make a stop at that "best rate" agency on your way to hotel?
