My spouse and I each have our own points number. We used our points to upgrade for a trip to Hawaii. After the trip, we checked out accounts and found that I had been charged 15,000 points, and my spouse had been charged twice: 15,000, and then the next line again said 15,000. My spouse called and they said that it was correct: 15,000 each way. But I was only charged once. We didn't want to draw that to their attention in case they charged me another 15!! Any thoughts? We could really use those points!
